Hi I’m Jac. I guide slow yoga with quiet, simple movement.

I believe taking time to move your body, connect to your breath, and to rest can be transformative.

Jac has a lovely, calming presence. She has a way of helping us find ease in intense stretches. I always feel a sense of peace by the end of the class. She has helped me re-kindle my love and joy for yoga!
